The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) on Wednesday, flagged off Operation Eagle Eye in Kaduna to reduce road traffic accidents during the Christmas and New Year festivities.

Malam Suleiman Muhammad, Head of Operations, Kaduna Office, said the initiative was designed as a proactive disaster risk reduction measure in response to increased human, vehicular movement during the festive period.
